i was goin through all the comments which r posted here. i could understand some of the text(though i dont entirely agree wid the language, though the point well taken). these are the feelings of us the very angry indians. but some of the comments really hurt as i read them. where r we heading this movement to. where does the question of hindu or muslim, maharashtrian or non-maharashtrian, politicion or non-politician arises. i guess this movement is being started for the noblest cause ever. the cause of saving our land our motherland, the cause for the right to live in a human environment, the cause for our own existence and on top of all the cause for the future of our country, we the people and for that matter the future of the entire world. i'm no great man, not even significant. but i'm an Indian and i do care for India like any of you great patriots of the nation. its very easy finger pointing at anyone for all that is happening and lately what happened in mumbai. plz lets not throw ugly words at the politicians. hey i'm not here to defend them, i'll be the last one to do so. but at this hour we need to show some solidarity boss, cutting across the lines of religion, region, caste or states, and (un)fortunately these politicians are one of us. lets stand united to fight out this problem. its not time for accusations but to stand up and deliver. do wht is needed to both individually and collectively. pay less attention to our rights and more towards our duty(which we have seldom done). afterall who made these illiterate, criminal-minded, corrupt and insane men/women into politians. its we, our vote which is responsible for this mess in which we are in. what do we consider before casting our vote. the person whom we are voting for.- he work for the people n the nation.- no. the candidates policies wid which he will lead the nation.- no. i'm sorry to say what the most of us consider(or may be dont think at all, just caste our vote for the sake of doing) is- is he of my religion. is he of my caste. which candidate is more likely to do me favour when voted to power. he gives wonderful speeches. we vote for money, feasts and liqour. and stuff like that. i would like each one of us to place our hand on our heart n ask ourself, is each one of us not responsible in some way or the other for the mess we r in today. can each one of us declare that i have not done anything wrong. the people at the top are responsible more in one ways. their crime is not pardonable but we the people have to mend our ways too. one more thing on our voting pattern. how many of us do really take the pain to really stand in queue to vote. we skip this right of ours just to save a day's salary cut or the loss of a day's business. the maximum percentage of the voters in our country who r poor, middle-class, those people who just dont get time or resources to think beyond the way to earn a living. the result is that our successive govt. end up making policies such as free power, a whole lot of subsidies, reservations and so on n so forth. the real voters or the vote bank is so lost in his life that the thought of the nation seldom strike their mind n heart. 15th aug. and 26th sep. being exeptional days. hence, the result is wht we see. successive governments channelise all their resources to please this vote bank n care a damn for the progress n safety of the nation as a whole. we need to stop for a while n think. n then act. simply thinking is not the solution. we r terrified, angry and wht not at the recent developments. but has all this not been part of our life from years. but this last episode in mumbai comes as a very severe blow. i feel this is a great opportunity for us to rise as a nation. though i have not seen the pre-independence era as i'm just 28 yrs old, but what i feel that never was our country so united at any given point of time on any issue since our freedom struggle. even the vote bank which i talked abt is also concerned today abt state of the nation. which surely comes as a pleasant surprise to me.so why dont we channelise our anger n resent in a proper n constructive way to improve things. honestly speaking for the 1st time i see a ray of hope. lets not be our same self. lets not be our ownself after a week, month or year. if we have risen then lets not lay back as the days pass. let us pledge this time n let the whole world(especially the rogue elements) know that India today has awaken. we r no longer in sleep. we cease to accept what is going on. we are up for the challenge and r determined to change the face of today n tommorow. we the people of India are no longer a misguided lot. make our self believe that we the Indians are the only one capable to change the state of the Its not merely the question of this terrorist attack.. Today there has been a terrorist attack and we are crying over it, or feeling sad, or to a certain extent feeling angry too. Tomorrow there will be a flood stricken area and we will express our melancholy towards those who lose their homes, lives, rather everything. And the next day there will be a train accident and again there will be various blogs discussing it, blaming people- politicians or officers, youth or whoever.. BLAME... yes thats what we all do. Sitting in our rooms or savvy offices, having a cup of hot coffee, with added cocoa, while taking a break from our work we visit these blogs, either post articles or read them or post comments, blaming someone or other. We blame, blame and just blame.. But what do we do? NOTHING most of all.. We talk of a generation gap, youth doping, faulty govt. or even blame parents for not taking care of their children well.. Get over it guys. Do something positive. Lets try and help out in the smallest way we can. It might not do away with the terrorism (which sitting at my laptop i personally don't see doing much against) but it will unburden our motherland from some other stigmas.. Every individual counts.. Every second counts.. Every act counts.. Now the question is- do what? I say do anything- anything that you may think is right to help out. Stop blowing horn in jams or at signals (nobody intends to stay fixed on the road, its just a matter of patience), switch off the lights when moving out of your room, don't party this weekend (you may consider doing some social service, or if u think this would be bit too extravagant, save the money), don't litter your country.... and if you think this way, a million thoughts will flash your brain. But for the sake of Lord just stop cursing and blaming others. The world is suffering not because of the noise made by those who should keep mumb but bcoz of the silence of those who should speak.. At the same time we too have a % in this crime – like till now we haven’t Recognize this and even we recognize we haven’t took any Steps in moving further

We need to make a CHANGE in our Indian democracy and in our constitution regarding the Politics/politicians – only a person who is having a good study/ nature/ and with a minimum age of exp in any social act is only eligible for NOMINATIONS to get into the politics.

Past is past on those days people thoughts/living style are different that’s why the some of the rules in constitution seems to be ok - but now it is a time to change this as we know now the people are different in thinking/attitude/ behavior are QUITE DIFRENT then previous generation.

One small thing we are forgetting even a idem is there from last several decades

“For a home growth house wife has to be educated” then for a country/state/town how the politicians has to be in terms of education/ character…. ? – we need to check all these and help India to get its Glory back.

Why did not the Terrorist Enter the Mantralaya & MLA Hostel & make Hostages there, which are near to Badhwar Park than Taj Mahal Hotel ?
